Conrad Macao, Cotai Central Hotel - Macau

We were upgraded from a deluxe queen room which we booked, to a suite on the 25th floor. A special thank you to the Asst Chief Concierge Mr Herbert Leong who personally saw to our checking in process and offered us the upgrade. Before my arrival, he even took the trouble to correspond with me via email to offer his assistance on transportation, the dancing water show and restaurant booking etc. This service standard is the highest I have ever experienced among Hilton hotels that I have stayed in the past. The hotel's attention to details in the room was impeccable. The hotel staff were very gracious, always ready with a smile and greeting for the guests and offering their assistance. We were truly impressed with the gracious service. The room had an excellent view of the city and it was very comfortable and clean. We had a truly enjoyable 4 day stay and would like to congratulate the hotel for achieving a high standard for guest comfort.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly,we were upgraded to suit,which is a very nice room.

the buffet breakfast were great and have many choices and the Nepresson free coffee capsule are creative added value.

The swimming pool is too small though they hv many small pools

I booked three rooms and I arrived at 3 pm only get one room, 4:30 got another one, 6:15 got the last one.

For such a price some extras should be complementary. Poor choices in the minibar in the room. Extreemely annoying that the staff´s English is so poor. Room cleaning personnel did not speak at all and continued speaking chinese. Not good Lack of fine dining

Beautiful hotel.

Our stay at Conrad couldn't have been made much better. We stayed in the deluxe king suite for a short one night stay with city view and had a fantastic stay. Upon arrival at the hotel we were courteously greeted by check in staff Preen and chief concierge Edmund. At first I was overwhelmed by how friendly the staff were and how helpful they were in helping us to organise any activities or sightseeing that we were hoping to do whilst in Macao. Check in was quick and efficient and we were swiftly guided to our room by Preen. The room itself was very clean and modern. Bathroom was immaculate and the shower and bathtub were amazing...I would very much have liked to stay there just to use these facilities again! I especially enjoyed the expresso machine that came with coffee capsules that were replaced each time we ran out. The city view was beautiful, overlooking the Cotai strip with the Venetian and City of Dreams in view. Following a day of wondering around the historic area of Macau (free shuttle buses available from City of Dreams a short walk away) we returned to our room only to realise that Edmund had left us a plate of strawberries for us...delicious! Had our trip been longer we would have liked to try some of the restaurants available in the mall downstairs. Breakfast the following morning was, as expected, of 5-star standards. An assortment of fruit and fruit juices, along with a range of breakfast options, from English fry-up to Chinese congee. Waitresses were polite and quick to remove cleared plates and bowls. Due to being allowed a later check-out we weren't rushed to finish our breakfast, although we were still eating after breakfast stopped being served. Overall, our stay was a wonderful memorable experience and I would very much like to stay at Conrad for future visits to Macao due to their outstanding customer service and accommodation facilities all at a very affordable price.

wifi有时会断，不太顺畅。电视屏幕有点小。地点不算很好，但附近有四季名店城之类，逛街不错。
